About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of duringdays.com.au and your purchase of products through our website. In these terms, "During Days", "we", "us" and "our" refers to During Days (ABN 25 163 474 904), and "you" and "your" refers to the person visiting or purchasing from our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Eligibility to Purchase
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from During Days. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement. During Days sells and ships products within Australia only. We do not fulfil orders to international addresses.
If a purchase is made by a person under 18 years of age, During Days reserves the right to seek compensation for any resulting loss or damage from the parent or legal guardian of that person.
2. Product Information & Pricing
All prices displayed on duringdays.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to factors such as supplier costs and operational changes.
We take reasonable care to ensure all product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you before proceeding. If payment has already been processed, we will arrange a full refund.
Product images are representative of the item. Due to differences in monitor settings and screen resolutions, actual colours may vary slightly. We do not accept claims solely based on minor colour variation that falls within acceptable tolerances.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, update product specifications, or modify our range at any time.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are accepted exclusively through our website by clicking "Add to Cart" and completing the checkout process. We do not accept orders via email or any other method.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Please retain this for your records.
During Days reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case we will notify you by email and arrange a full refund.

Your order is not confirmed until full payment has been received and cleared. For PayPal eCheque payments, please allow up to 5 business days for clearance before your order is dispatched.
Credit card and payment details are never stored by During Days. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.
5. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@duringdays.com.au as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once an item is shipped, our Returns Policy applies.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched via our chosen courier partners. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the product type and delivery address. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped. During Days is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund or offer a suitable alternative.

All content on duringdays.com.au, including text, images, logos and design, is the intellectual property of During Days or its licensors. You may download content for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial reproduction or distribution of any content without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
