2. Agreement to these terms

By spinning the wheel you accept these terms. They apply in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms apply to The Lucky Deal.

3. Who can take part

To take part you must be a resident of Australia and at least 18 years of age.

Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible.

We identify participants by email address and customer account. Attempts to claim more than one prize using additional email addresses, accounts or devices may result in all claims being cancelled.

4. Promotion period

Each Lucky Deal draw period runs from Saturday 12:00am to the following Friday 11:59pm, Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne).

The promotion commences on 18 September 2026 and continues on a weekly basis with no fixed end date. It runs until we decide to close it, which we may do at any time and for any reason.

Where we close the promotion, we will not publish notice of the closing date on this page. Any draw period already open at that time will still be conducted and its prize awarded, and any voucher already issued remains valid for the balance of its 10-day period.

5. How to take part

• Visit The Lucky Deal page.
• Spin the wheel. No purchase, payment, email address or personal information is required to spin.
• The wheel returns a result. Every participant receives a prize.
• To claim your prize you provide an email address. For the physical prize you also provide a delivery address and pay the shipping charge shown before you spin.

6. The wheel

The wheel is operated by computer software using a randomised algorithm. Your result is generated at the moment you spin.

No particular outcome is guaranteed. Which prize you receive is determined at random by the software. It is not influenced by us, by the time of day, by how many times you visit the page, or by anything you do on the site.

We cannot select, alter or predict an individual result, and we do not guarantee that any participant will receive any specific prize.

Every participant receives one of the prizes listed in section 7.

Spin again

Some first spins return a "spin again" result. Where this happens you receive one further spin. That spin always returns one of the prizes in section 7 and cannot return "spin again" a second time.

A record of every spin is retained.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under section 11.

7. The prizes

7.1 Apei screen protector

A genuine product listed on the During Days store at A$24.95.

The prize costs you A$0.00. You pay {{SHIPPING AMOUNT}} flat shipping, which is shown before you spin.

Available for supported iPhone models only. You choose your model when you claim. We cannot exchange the prize for a different model after dispatch if the wrong model was selected.

One per person.

Your prize is reserved for 30 minutes after your result is shown. If you do not complete the claim in that time the prize returns to stock, and this does not entitle you to another spin.

7.2 30% off, capped at A$75

A discount code for 30% off your order, up to a maximum discount of A$75.

• No minimum spend applies to this voucher.
• Valid for 10 calendar days from when the code is issued.
• One use, one customer, not transferable, not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion.
• Applies to merchandise only, not to shipping, taxes or gift cards.

7.3 A$50 voucher

A discount code for A$50 off your order.

A minimum spend of A$100 applies to this voucher. The A$100 minimum is calculated on merchandise value before shipping and taxes, and after any other discount.

• One use, one customer, not transferable, not redeemable for cash.
• Cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion.
• Applies to merchandise only, not to shipping, taxes or gift cards.

7.4 Delivery of the physical prize

Shipping is charged at the flat amount shown before you spin. The amount is the same on the landing page, the result screen, the cart and the checkout.

We dispatch within {{DISPATCH WINDOW}}. Estimated delivery is {{DELIVERY WINDOW}} after dispatch.

Tracking is sent to the email address used for the claim.

Delivery within Australia only.

8. The weekly A$500 draw

8.1 The prize

One prize of A$500 is drawn each week, awarded as voucher.

The A$500 is not a wheel prize and does not appear as a segment on the wheel. It is awarded only through the weekly draw described in this section.

8.2 How you enter

Entry in the weekly A$500 draw requires both of the following:

• You claim a prize from the wheel; and
• You complete a qualifying purchase using that prize.

A qualifying purchase means a completed and paid order on the During Days store on which your wheel prize has been used — either an order to which your voucher code has been applied, or the claim order for your Apei screen protector.

Completing both steps gives you one entry in the next open weekly draw.

Spinning the wheel alone does not enter you in the draw. Claiming a prize without using it does not enter you in the draw.

Entries do not carry over between draws except as set out in section 8.3.

An entry is withdrawn if the order it relates to is cancelled or refunded before the draw is conducted.

8.3 Bonus entries

Once you hold an entry under section 8.2, further purchases can earn you additional entries.

During the 60 days after your claim, your eligible merchandise purchases are added together. When that total reaches A$100 you receive one bonus entry in the next open draw, and when it reaches A$200 you receive two more.

Shipping, taxes, gift-card purchases, cancelled items and refunded amounts do not count towards the total.

Bonus entries earned on a purchase that is later cancelled or refunded will be withdrawn where the refund is processed before the relevant draw.

8.4 The draw

Conducted at 12pm each Monday by the During Days team. The winner is selected at random by electronic means from all valid entries for that draw period.

• One winner per draw.
• The draw is conducted every week and the prize is awarded every week.

The draw is conducted privately. It is not broadcast, live-streamed or open to public attendance, and we do not publish entry lists, entry numbers or the total number of entries in a draw.

8.5 Notification and publication

The winner is notified by email within two business days of the draw.

By entering, you consent to your first name and suburb being published on The Lucky Deal page, in our emails and on our social media, to confirm that the draw took place.

We do not publish your surname, full address, email address or phone number.

If you would prefer not to be identified publicly, email us at hello@duringdays.com.au before the draw and we will record your entry as anonymous.

8.6 Unclaimed prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 21 days of notification, the prize may be redrawn in accordance with any applicable state requirements.

Any redraw will be published in the same way as the original result.

9. Consolation offers

Participants who do not win a weekly draw may receive a further offer by email.

Any such offer will state its own value, conditions and expiry when it is issued. These offers are separate from the prizes in section 7.

10. Privacy

We collect your email address to identify you as the owner of your prize, to deliver it, and to enter you in the weekly draw.

For a physical prize we also collect your delivery address and payment details, which are handled by our payment provider. We do not collect or store card details.

Marketing consent is optional and separate. You can claim your prize without agreeing to receive marketing, and choosing not to consent does not affect your prize, your entry, or anything else in this promotion.

If you do consent, you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@duringdays.com.au .

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

12. Limitations

Subject to section 11 and to the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for entries or claims that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failure, network fault or user error.
• We are not liable for any failure of the wheel, the website or a payment provider beyond our reasonable control.
• Where a technical fault prevents a validly revealed prize from being claimed, contact us and we will honour the revealed prize.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Where a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any required approvals.

13. Conduct

We may cancel a claim, disqualify a participant or withdraw entries where we reasonably believe a person has:

• Used multiple email addresses, accounts or automated means to obtain more than one prize;
• Interfered with the operation of the wheel or the website; or
• Given false information when claiming.

14. Changes and disputes

We may amend these terms where necessary to comply with the law or to correct an error.

Material changes will be published on this page with the date of the change. Amendments will not reduce the value of a prize already revealed or awarded.

Our decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and to any applicable state regulator's requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
