High-Efficiency Cleaning Power
Our pressure washer pump delivers up to 4000 PSI of powerful water pressure with a maximum flow rate of 4.0 GPM, ensuring fast completion of tasks ranging from household cleaning to light industrial jobs. (Recommended working pressure: 3100 PSI for typical residential and light industrial cleaning and to extend pump life.)
Durable, Long-Lasting Design
Utilizing advanced anodizing technology, the parts washer pump’s surface forms a hard protective layer, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and durability. Built to last, this pump provides reliable performance for up to 500 hours of continuous use.
Equipped with Pressure Regulator
Adjust pressure output precisely based on engine operation to achieve optimal performance for any cleaning task. Easily reduce pressure during short pauses to switch the engine to idle mode, reducing noise and extending equipment life for a more comfortable operating experience.
Broad Compatibility
Featuring a standard SAE bolt pattern, this power washer pump is compatible with various horizontal engine pressure washers, including Simpson MorFlex models 40224, 40225, 40226, and Santoprene model 41182. Match engine orientation, PSI, GPM, engine shaft diameter, and current pump inlet/outlet connections to ensure compatibility.
Easy Maintenance
An integrated oil sight glass lets you check oil levels without disassembling the unit, helping detect low oil or contamination promptly to keep the pump in peak condition. To extend lifespan and ensure continuous efficiency, we recommend changing the oil every 60 hours of operation. Note: This replacement pump for power washer is intended for use with cold water only.
