Description
+
This is a single-unit interactive dog feeding toy engineered to transform mealtime into engaging mental and physical activity. Shaped as a textured egg with a distinctive wavy seam line, it functions as both a slow-feeder and treat dispenser, encouraging natural licking, chewing, and foraging behaviors while promoting digestive health.
Dimensions and Structure
Overall height: 114 mm
Base diameter: 100 mm
Internal cavity depth: Approximately 65 mm
Feeding mechanism: Seven raised posts arranged in a circular pattern inside the lower chamber to prolong consumption time and prevent rapid gulping.
Material Safety
Constructed entirely from food-grade thermoplastic rubber (TPR) that meets international safety standards for pet products.
Free from bisphenol A (BPA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and phthalates—ensuring zero chemical leaching even during prolonged chewing or freezing.
The surface features a fine speckled texture for enhanced grip and durability against abrasion.
Functional Versatility
Fillable Design: Accepts dry kibble, wet food, canned paste, chopped vegetables, cooked meat, peanut butter, yogurt, or broth-based mixes. Simply load through the top opening and close securely.
Freezable Usage: After filling with moist ingredients, place the toy in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours to create a long-lasting frozen treat. Ideal for hot weather or extended solo play sessions.
Rolling and Interaction: The rounded shape allows smooth rolling on floors, stimulating chase and paw manipulation. Dogs can hold, bite, lick, and flip the toy to access contents gradually.
Single-Session Duration: Designed for 40 to 60 minutes of sustained engagement per use, helping reduce anxiety, boredom, and destructive behavior when left alone.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Rinse thoroughly under running water after each use. For deep cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush to remove residue from between the internal posts.
Do not boil, microwave, or place in dishwasher—hand wash only to preserve material integrity.
Inspect regularly for cracks or excessive wear; discontinue use if structural damage occurs.
What’s Included: One (1) Mysterious Egg slow-feeder toy. No inserts, caps, or additional parts are provided.
Note: This product is sold individually. The internal posts are molded as part of the unit and cannot be removed or replaced. It is not a sealed container—food must be loaded before use and consumed within 24 hours if refrigerated or frozen.
Care Instructions: Avoid exposure to sharp objects or extreme heat sources. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
