Do not rush to drink newly dispensed water.
Put cold water for a while and rinse the water outlet.
Boil water at high temperature, let it cool.
If smell persists, soak in vinegar for 30 minutes.

Return Conditions

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Fees Shipping

Restocking Fee: All change of mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Return Postage: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
